1. About the service

Vocal Studio (the "service") provides tools for recording, processing (autotune, EQ, compression, reverb and more), tuning musical instruments and automatically analysing vocals. Operator of the service: Pavel. By using the service you accept these terms.

2. Your recordings are yours

All rights to your recordings and their processed versions belong to you (or to whoever owned them before processing). The service receives no copies of your recordings and claims no rights to them. You may use processed recordings for personal and commercial purposes, subject to section 3.

3. Other people's music and copyright

• By uploading backing tracks, songs and other recordings you confirm that you have the right to use them. Processing happens on your device — the service does not store or distribute these files.
• Publishing a cover (a performance of someone else's song) online, on radio or for commercial purposes may require permission from the owners of the song and the recording. The user is responsible for publication.

4. What is not allowed

• Using the service to break the law, infringe the rights of others or deceive (for example, passing off someone else's voice as your own).
• Interfering with the service, overloading it with automated requests or trying to access other people's data.

5. Scores and tips

Scores, tips and exercises are generated automatically from measured properties of the sound. They are recommendations, may contain inaccuracies and do not replace lessons with a teacher or medical advice (for example, for voice problems).

6. Service "as is"

The service is provided free of charge and "as is". We do our best to keep it stable but do not guarantee it is error-free and are not liable for the loss of data stored in your browser — save important results with the Export button. Features may change; we will announce significant changes on the website.

7. Paid features

All features are currently free. If paid features appear, their terms will be published separately before sales start, and free features will not become paid retroactively.

8. Miscellaneous

These terms may be updated; the current version is always on this page. Data processing is described in the privacy policy. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, under the laws of the country where the operator is registered. Questions: kruiz255@gmail.com.
